He wears his Captains haori over top of his kimono, has a sword cut that runs down the bottom half of the haori.Has a scar on his left wrist, from the blood ritual of the Yamashina family, and a rose tattoo on his right hip, witha black flower and a white stem.

Personality: Shin has a really relaxed personality. He has a smoking habit, and always has a smoke in his mouth, not matter the time of day, except when he is sleeping, usually. Shin prefers to fight, and tests peoples strength through a fight. When talking to others, Shin usually doesn't use horifics, even if the person is of higher rank. Shin usually starts his fights with Shiro Roze, eventually making his way to Inmetsu Ro-zu, when he is more seriouse he uses his bankai. Shin keeps two wooden pipes in his robes. one that is six inches long, the second is sixtenn inches long When angered, Shin goes into rage mode. But instead of the normal blind rage, he goes into a cold rage, where he is still able to think calmly. This increases his strenght, and speed by double. His speed and strength his doubled because all his muscles lossen, allowing him complete control with very little limitations. His sense of pain is also dulled.

Added information in bio:
Three years into his time at the Academy, Shin was adopted by the Yamashina family, and was placed in the advanced class shortly after. This is where he met Armond and Tai for the first time. He was drawen to them, he sensed that they were like him. An outcast among their classmates. This was the reason why he sat next to them, and started to talk to them. He spent most of his time with them. Even asked them to train with him when they had the time. During their time at the Academy, they became close friends, and hardly kept anything from each other. After graduation, they went to seperate divisions, but still kept in touch.

The three of them were close friends, until Armond was put under invesitagion. Armond started to drift away, in a sense, considering he was always trying to learn something new when he was awake. Before Shin knew it, Armond was gone. Something had happened to him that made him not able to return to the Soul Society. Years later, he had heard a rumor that Armond had sneaked back into Soul Society. Not long after hearing this rumor, Tai disappeared from Soul Society as well. Why he never knew, but he would be seeing them again when he became the Captain-Commander

Before the ceremony, Shin used some of the Yamashina family members to find Armond and Tai. He wanted them to be their when he accpeted the spot of Captain-Commander. When the day came, he didn't see them in the audience. Instead he felt two familiar reaitsus coming from the shadows. the Yamashina family had succeded. They had found Armond and Tai. After the cermony, Shin would meet the two of them in his private study in the Yamashina household. They talked for hours, until Armond decided that they should leave before they were caught. Shin bid them good bye, not knowing when he would see them again.
