Arrancar Corporation is a multi-national entity created by Marin due to a personal revelation in the Post-War period. Arran Corp on the surface began as a Defensive technologies developer using a portion of the money to help rebuild New York to create good will. After some months of charity Arran Corp slowly expanded using the “We help rebuild” as a way to jump international lines. Since the expanse Arran Corp has delved into Weapons technology.
Under the surface the humans see Arran Corp is slowly harvesting humans and keeps human employees as a safeguard against a Shinigami or other enemy from blowing up the building. The human harvesting is to gain power “off the grid” to not upset the current balance. This is Arrancar Corporation's Ultimate goal to gain enough power to Enforce balance.

The following are Rules and Regulations of Arran Corp
Any Manager and above may recommend additional employees. If you're not a Manager go up the chain of command.
Humans are permitted as lower Echelon Employees depending on loyalty this restriction may be lifted, but not into the Executive Board.
Arran Corp Arrancar Employees will need Marin's “Arrancar type” Gigai provided by Marin.
All employees may not indiscriminately kill humans in their Gigai as that would compromise their Human world cover. Though they can kill people that “No one will miss” or for mission to keep Arran Corp “On top”
