First one confuses me...so I'm not touching on it.

Second one however, the splits of cero would only work if in total they add up to the original strength of the core cero. Also, please list how many ceros are in each stage.

    Off-Bore Cero

    Off-bore and MIRV Cero Off_bo10

We have an imaginary bubble with a Horizontal and Vertical planes around the person.

The User dictates a horizontal and vertical degrees and from the point opposite energy mistly streams to the dictated point were the Cero is fires. This requires no pointing associated as with normal Cero, but it does require verbal designation.

This allows a Cero to form in any direction from the person

    MIRV Cero

In total it may split into 25 Cero with each stage being 5 Cero.

So it's like sniping cero style oui? Well...that's an understatement but in a nutshell...

    And okay. MIRV is approved.

Well, it's not necessarily sniping, the misty stream comes from the opposite of the designated area to the firing point. If you know what to look for and can see it, it gives a chance to predict the shot.

I could add a charge time for non-standard Ceros if you think that'll help?

Okay...so exactly what is the distance between the shot and the enemy?

The user. It's shot from the firing person, not the target.

God I feel so stupid right now. Okay so the cero fires from the caster. The off-bore comes from the target, and provides you with a kind of...guide as to where to fire...right?

I think the confusion comes from the name. Off-Bore is supposed to represent that I don't need to point at the target to fire.

Though what do you mean by:
"The off-bore comes from the target, and provides you with a kind of...guide as to where to fire."

Oh wait wait I read the original description wrong. Okay okay. So Off-bores effect allows you to fire without pointing. It's targeting is voice controlled. And it has it's own cooldown from different ceros right?

I'm smart, haha. Okay, final question. Does it effect the charge time for ceros?

No, If the Cero has a charge time then the Off-Bore will to. Essentially the mist energy stream would be there long enough for the Charge.
