    Name: Hikaru

    Visual Age: 2,000 (youngish)

    Looks: Hikaru is fox demon with nine tails, color is a ivory to a sliver. Each of the nine tails has a fire red tip, and flames white (as in bright light shaped as flames) when he is angry. Has brown to dark blue/ sapphire eyes.

    Habits: Hikaru loves to be playful and to tease Reyne.

    Personality: Hikaru has the traditional personality of a fox, cunning, sarcastic, playful, and wise from the age. Can be very much stubborn and make Reyne do things she hates.

    Inner World: Reyne’s inner world is that of a paradise. For the land has two moons, huge mountains covered in trees and large parries, also including vast rivers and waterfalls. The world is very scary to peaceful, Reyne learns well while there, but if it is wished can force her to be terrified and make her stronger because of that ability.

    Connection to Master: the relationship between the two is friendly and that of teacher and master, they can work well together, but when Reyne gets stubborn, Hikaru won’t hesitate to make her continue.

    Similarities: they are close in similarities, for example in cunning, sarcasm and being playful.

    Type: katana

    Looks: blood red sheath and handle, right under the hilt is engraved the kanji for fire. At the end of the handle is a charm of a neko head her mother gave her. On the red sheath is several pink cherry blossoms.

    Looks: flames surrounded the sword and is bright with the light/glow that radiate from it.

    Family: Manifestation

    Special Ability: Once unsealed Reyne's zanpakuto enters a state of spiritual flux, initially manifesting in the form of a burning katana but capable of limitedly reshaping itself into other things. This is accomplished by synchronizing with the spirit of Hikaru and focusing on the new shape desired. Similar in nature to the process a shinigami goes through when they first learn how to unseal their shikai, albeit quicker and with an obviously limited duration. The forms available are limited to the knowledge of the user, meaning that Reyne has to both know of the desired weapon's existence and how to use it effectively. Because of this she has traditionally been limited to medium sized melee weapons and traditional bows and arrows.

    Techs(allowed 9 total for shikai, had one open to learn size restriction: 3x3x3):
    Small Blade (dagger,kunai, or shuriken) = Duration till dismissed or unable to continue,cooldown 1 post

    Long Blade (katana, wakizashi, ninja-to) = Duration till dismissed or unable to use, cooldown 2 post.

    Ranged (bow & arrows) = Duration 8 post or unable to continue, cooldown 3

    Release Phrase: Houkou Hikaru

    Looks: The user takes on the appearance of an anthropomorphic fox-human hybrid by fusing with the spirit of their zanpakuto; taking on a pair of fox like ears as well as a pair of tails and having their lower legs reform to look similar to a pair of hind-legs. Her claws are razor sharp and can cause extreme amounts of damage.

    Family: Manifestation, Illusion

    Special Ability: By synchronizing her reiatsu with that of her weapon, Reyne is able to become a type of Medium or Avatar, using her own body to manifest the spirit of Hikaru and in doing so takes on some it's power. Through this process she gains the powers of a kitsune spirit from asian myth, meaning she is now able to create complex and sometimes even deadly illusions capable of fooling even the most skilled of opponents, the two most well known illusions being the fox-fire and shapeshifting.

    Techs:
    Lesser Foxfire* = Summons up to 5 foxfire fireballs a turn. Each fireball is baseball sized.

    Greater Fox Fire* = Summons 1 or 2 foxfire fireballs a turn. Each fireball is basketball sized and much stronger than the smaller fireballs.

    *Can have an unlimited amount of fireballs, but can only summon them once in a turn. They can be summoned as a side note and do not count as the attack portion of a post. No cooldown. Fireballs are an illusion, they don’t actually do physical damage. However, the damage is in all important ways there to the enemy until after combat.

    Lesser Illusion = Reyne can put the opponent under a simple illusion by creating a slight change in what the opponent perceives. Examples include the simple pitfall trap where the opponent walks over ground that caves in and they see themselves falling for eternity as well as making them feel bound in place or making them feel pain.
    CD: 5 turns

    Greater Illusion = Reyne can put a stronger illusion on the opponent in which the opponent feels, sees, and hears himself bursting into flame. The opponent's body will take no physical damage, but the trauma it causes can make the opponent die a stress related death or fall into a coma.
    CD: 10 turns

    Lesser Shapeshifting** = Reyne takes the form and shape of the enemy, mimicking the opponent's basic fighting style and any of the simpler techniques they can use. This ability can copy anything up to Shikai level in power as techniques go.
    Lasts: 3 turns, CD: 10 turns

    Greater Shapeshifting** = Reyne can take the form of anyone she has seen fight or has fought against. This includes any previous sparring partners. Other then that this ability is basically the same as the previous ability.
    Lasts 2 turns, CD: 10 turns
    **damage sustained through shapeshifted attacks are temporary, as they are an illusion.

    Right, just a few things..

    Shikai first:


    Family: Fire
    Special Ability:
    Bends to Reyne's will and imagination, but only to something she can clearly picture and knows how to use.
    in this case, simple weapons, like smallish guns(maybe), traditional and other hand held and simple.
    Techs: allowed 9 total for shikai, had one open to learn
    size restriction: 3x3x3
    Dagger,kunai, and small throwing knives=
    Duration till dismissed or unable to continue,cooldown 1 post
    katana,short sword & long sword=
    Duration till dismissed or unable to use, cooldown 2 post.
    Bow&arrows
    = Duration 8 post or unable to continue
    cooldown 3
    semi-automatic pistol
    = Duration 5 post or unable to use, cooldown 3 post

    Fire element. Can create things from her mind. Makes no sense what so ever. The Element has nothing to do with its abilities.

    Again, nothing there really suggests fire to me, other than Fireballs. Which brings me to point two. ILLUSIONS are very powerful. It's an amazingly powerful element. If you want an Illusion based Zan, I don't believe I will approve it with another side-element. They're vague, and can totally destroy an opponent. Look at Aizen.

    To do list:

    Pick a proper element which matches your Shikai.
    Pick either Illusions alone or Fire for your Bankai.
    If using Illusions, at least put a duration and / or a way to get out of it. If they're permanently stuck in the illusion, there's no way you'll lose.

    What you've changed is still problematic. Illusion Element, create things with your mind... Doesn't go. You'll either have to make the weapons illusions, or change the element to some form of "Manifestation Type", which will then put your Bankai at risk of being changed. Or, you could change the ability. At the moment, that's the only issues i'm seeing.

    I hate to interrupt. But the idea could still work if the weapons are an illusion but the pain is real.

    Also, please remove guns. Only because, unless I misread your bio, she wouldn't have had a chance to learn anything about guns let alone semi autos.
