~Captain~
In order to get this rank, the character will have to go through a Captain Exam that is split up into 3 separate parts. The character must pass AT LEAST 3/4ths of the Captain Exam in order to become a Captain.
The Captain Exam:
* 1st Part - Knowledge of the specific Division, knowledge of the rules of the site, and knowledge of the canon characters of specific Division within the actual manga/anime. This will be an oral exam and will be timed.
* 2nd Part - Mission that is given by the character from the Captain Commander.
* 3rd Part - A test run as Captain of that Division for 1 WEEK.
* A test fight against the Captain Commander (if the Captain spot you want is free)If the captin spot is taken, the challenager must send a PM to both the Captin they are wish to challenge, and the Captain-Commander. The Captain-Commander will evaluate the fight.
~Lieutenant~
To become the Lieutenant, that is up to the Captain of said Division. If there is no Captain of the Division and the character still wants to be a Lieutenant, then it is up to the Captain Commander.
~Rogue~
To become a Rogue you must play your character in the main RP. You must also have at least one or two past battles you fought, and a good reason for becoming one (ex: Shinigami left you to die, or your leaders sent your unit to be slaughtered, and so on).
Other ranks will be given by how well you perform your duties and how you act around others who need help.
~*Know this! You will also be tested OOC on your behavior and activity level! If you are not active without an excuse for more then a week, then you will lose your rank and will have to try out for it once more! Same goes with if you are not acting as a respectful site member!* Rules are subject to change~
