Name:Quincy Tracking Device
Looks: A small device, looking like a gray box. With a green surface, michrophone and a speaker on the top. Also a propeller in the front capable of flying certain distances. And an exhaust pipe for it's fuel exhaust. Also there are two buttons, the one on the left saying "ENTER" and "TRAVEL"
Effect: With a reiatsu sample(first pressing ENTER button) that was inserted into the green surface to absorb the sample, then matched with a voice recorded name, it can later be used to track the person by speaking the name into the microphone after pressing the TRAVEL button. Powered by a fuel source of reiatsu. The longer the distance, the more reiatsu required to be used which is also inserted through the green surface. The speaker is for anything that the machine says as a response. Recorded quotes for said situation: "Enter name", "invalid", "low fuel", "destination reached". Message can also be recorded before entering fuel. Message played as soon as traveling ends.
Drawback: Needs huge amounts of reiatsu fuel source, stops traveling after touching ground at any area. Message and reiatsu cleared after first use.
Duration: 1 round of posts for traveling to anywhere inside same country; 3 rounds for traveling to another country; 5 rounds for another continent
Cooldown: 2 rounds of posts; 1 for message to play, another for memory to clear.
