HAROCU has multiple uses. The first of which is observing and recording humans. HAROCU also has the ability to take in human souls after they die. The process of absorption is similar to a Pokeball off of Pokemon, HAROCU opens up at his mouth and absorbs the soul with a flash of light. The soul absorb triggers a prebuilt, random, defect. This defect is non-critical to the Soul apparatus or related devices. This allows Arran Corp to retrieve the devices, if they are not returned after one week a GPS locater is actived for retrieval.
Human Aspect
Aside from it's soul uses it is marketable to the humans at large. The HAROCU acts as an external hard drive (1.5TB), Projector and has an interface to access child friendly programs for child marketing. It acts as a game system and sells in the human world for around $200.
Drawback: Harocu's batteries will last for about three days before they must return to an Arrancorp faculity to recharge or a special recharger is purchased. This recharger will last a week. Because of this they occasionally require a replacement which may lead to less saturation in certain areas.
