Effect: This belt mounted device was created by Marin for Seis' use during his missions following observations made of the Onmitsukido during the Battle of New York. It's purpose is to artificially simulate the effects of Shinigami's Bakudo 26: Kyokko by utilizing the most advanced camouflage and reiatsu masking technologies available. The cloaking device is controlled via a digital control panel mounted on it's face and provides the user with active camouflage, bending light around the wearer and masking their spirit pressure, while projecting a semi-transparent image in front of them, rendering it partially invisible. It isn't perfect however, as close observation will reveal the light-distortion effect around the user even if they are standing completely still.
Drawback: The cloaking device does have some weaknesses. Though effective in dry terrain, contact with water will render the device inoperable, as will any damage to the device itself. Also, the device actually highlights and magnifies the user's presence when passing in front of a campfire or other intense light source.
Duration: Current power sources can only run this device for up to 2 hours before requiring a recharge, this duration is subject to increase as new energy sources are discovered.
